rmail is a ruby module that provides mail message handling capabilities. Requires for the sup mail client.

I've added this package to my overlay graaff.

Note that I've added it as dev-ruby/rmail to remain consistent with the upstream name. Also there is no need to include the dev-lang/ruby dependency, this is handled by the eclass.
