In evolution, if I choose to create a new calendar from mine existing google calendar account, events get synced with evolution but the repeated ones are shown only one time. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.create one or more repeated event using google calendar web UI 2.File -> New -> Calendar -> Select Google and fill parameters 3. Actual Results: the events that are repeated on web UI aren't in evolution Expected Results: the events should be repeated also in evolution emerge --info Portage 2.1.4.5 this might be a bug in the google calendar connector, let's wait a bit and see in evolution 2.24 fixes it when it enters the tree (or when someone gets a chance to test it).
any news here ?
(In reply to comment #2) > any news here ? > I noticed that I have the same problem in a ubuntu with evolution 2.24, so I think this is definitely an upstream bug.
Please feel an upstream bug report. This is still reproduceable with 2.26 and it is either when creating the event in google calendar or in evolution. Please paste the url here too.

Please > paste the url here too. > Hi, I found an already filled upstream bug here http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=508496 , it seems to be the same exactly problem that I have. If not, please tell me and I will open a new bug on bugzilla.gnome.org
I think that the summary needs to be updated since evolution 2.22.x is no longer in portage and this problem regards also 2.24.x (that is current stable on most architectures) and , as you say , 2.26.x
This should be fixed with evolution-2.28
Closing as such. Please don't hesitate to reopen this bug if you can reproduce with the latest version of evolution. Thanks
