lua-5.1.4.ebuild requires two patch files which are missing

lua-5.1.4-test.patch
lua-5.1.4-deprecated.patch

This happens only if the deprecated use flag is turned off.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn off depcreated Use Flag
2.Emerge lua


Actual Results:  
Fails with missing Path Sources

Expected Results:  
Should've merged succesfully.

Copying the 5.1.3 Files works.

sorry, that was an oversight on my part. i committed the missing patch files to the tree.
