update of world file is now impossible because "qca-1.0*" is needed by kopete-3.5.9 and emerge try to update to a newer version (in a new slot). I think this bug is related to Bug 238000 (unmask app-crypt/qca-tls-1.0-r3) and the forum link: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-695891-highlight-qca.html. When I did a oneshot emerge of app-crypt/qca-tls-1.0-r3, which I had to unmask (~x86) I was able to: emerge world -DuN I was able to confirm that my situation was the same as the description with an equery search.
