net-wireless/bluez-utils-3.36 fails to install when the USE-Flag test-programs is off. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge the latest net-wireless/bluez-utils (i.e., 3.36) 2. watch the build skip the test subdirectory of the install package 3. watch the installation fail on dobin test/passkey-agent Actual Results: Fails installation. Expected Results: Installation should have succeeded, as the dependency on the binary test/passkey-agent is bogus when test-programs is off The USE-Flag controls, whether the subdirectory test gets built or not. In case it is not built, the program passkey-agent is not built, and as such, cannot be "dobin"-ned. This makes the installation fail. dobin should only happen conditionally on the USE-Flag.
