Can you please make the default ionice command quieter on old kernels?

ioprio_set: Function not implemented
 * PORTAGE_IONICE_COMMAND returned 1
 * See the make.conf(5) man page for PORTAGE_IONICE_COMMAND usage instructions.

2.6.12 on a cluster here.

PORTAGE_IONICE_COMMAND isn't set by default in Portage 2.2_rc6.

It's been disabled by default in 2.2_rc6. I guess we could do a uid check for older kernels or non-linux kernels but it's easier to just let the user configure it to their taste.
