Description Michael Hammer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-07-10 10:00:23 UTC
We are just working on getting a usable heimdal into the gentoo tree. Therefore it's necessary to patch librpcsecgss. I've an already working overlay at git://git.overlays.gentoo.org/proj/kerberos.git. I'd like to ask you to inspect the suggested ebuild and the patch I've attached.

Kind regards, mueli

Could anyone please have a look on that? it's really a blocker for heimdal 1.2.x -> see dependency graph.

I doubt this patch is going to work; the libgssglue library provides a few different functions, and nfs-utils will die a bad way if you were to use even the krb5 directly.

Plus mueli retired so... closing this as WONTFIX I guess
