after changing ICQ protocol devs of pidgin released 2.4.3. Please stabilize this version and mask old versions

This should be clarified.  The updated version fixes a login issue caused by ICQ server changes.  The patch is backportable and very simple if Pidgin 2.4.3 is not ready for stabilization:
