Hi!

Please add this ebuild to portage tree.
QStarDict is a dictionary program written using Qt4. The user interface is similar to StarDict. The latest version is 0.12.9.
Main features

    * Full support of StarDict dictionaries
    * Working in system tray
    * Scanning mouse selection and showing popup window with translation of selected word
    * Translations reformatting
    * Plugins support
