A new stable version of Apcupsd, 3.14.4, is out since May 20th. Among the changes: "3.14.4 fixes several bugs since 3.14.3 and includes a rewrite of the build scripts (Makefiles). The build system now has reliable dependencies, support for parallel builds, and pretty-printed output. A new apcupsd.conf directive, POLLTIME, has been added to allow tuning of the interval at which apcupsd polls the UPS for status."
