Created attachment 155023 [details, diff] libgdiplus-1.9--1.9-r1.ebuild.patch This fixes the problem. First fixup the *-CONFIG errors. Then use system Cairo instead of building it in tree. The one in this tarball has serious libtool issues. Emerges for me on ~x86. Please test.
