Hmm, this message is generated in kde_src_install - and that means it would need to be fixed in buildsystem (by removing that file from install stage - this file contains just Hidden=true entry) - file is harmless (so is this eclass message) - we decided that's not really worth fixing - it's the last KDE 3.5 release ever to hit portage tree anyway and upstream no longer maintains it. I close this as WONTFIX. Thanks for bug report nevertheless.
