Description Deniss Gaplevsky 2008-05-22 16:47:53 UTC
spawn-fcgi has option for chrooting:

Usage: spawn-fcgi [options] -- <fcgiapp> [fcgi app arguments]
spawn-fcgi v1.4.19 - spawns fastcgi processes
Options:
(root only)
 -c <dir> chroot to directory

it is trivial to add new option "FCGICHROOT="/chroot/" to /etc/conf.d/spawn-fcgi-inbox and fix /etc/init.d/spawn-fcgi to run in chroot if the ${FCGICHROOT} variable is not empty

this feature is in the init script for spawn-fcgi as packaged in the separate www-servers/spawn-fcgi

thanks.
