Changes
* Simplified ebuild
* Corrected depricated syntax
* Corrected license
* Changed SRC_URI to mirror:// syntax
* Changed arch to ~x86
* General changes to conform to Gentoo style

I recommend this ebuild be submitted now to CVS at /net-www/nssha1

Converted over to use the aolserver eclass. In CVS.
