scim input table would stick somewhere but not follow the cursor

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a file
2.change file name by using scim

Actual Results:  
input table is somewhere else

Expected Results:  
input table fellow the cursor

"Gentoo Bugzilla" is the wrong product to file ebuild bugs, as hinted in red letters.

Still valid with app-i18n/scim-1.4.9

Still fail with 1.4.11-r1?
And is this problem with some Desktop Package? (like KDE or GNOME?)
