SBCL ebuild with glibc 2.8 patch from SBCL mailing list

This is one of the first ebuilds I've ever written, but it works (read:installs and seems to run fine) for me at least. I added the quick patch for glibc 2.8 too.

I just bumped sbcl to 1.0.18. I resolve this bug as WONTFIX. Albin, thanks for the patch, but the latter sbcl versions seem to be just fine :)
