After first start I choose "Enter Serial Number" and it crashes after that with silent in logs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="accessibility" emerge gtkm, libview libsexy wmware-modules vmware-workstation
2./opt/vmware/workstation/vmware-config.pl
3./opt/vmware/workstation/vmware
4. help -> Enter serial number

I think you meant 6.0.3, not 6.0.0.
This is an outstanding problem that vmware appear to have fixed in their beta release of 6.5.0, so you should see it fixed when that finally comes out.
