Ebuild to install the latest xchat2 cvs version. 

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1.New ebuild

Actual Results:  
Downloads and compiles xchat from cvs. 

Expected Results:  
Downloads and compiles xchat from cvs. 

Just a quick modification of the current xchat2 ebuild.

we (the gnome team) don't support (live) cvs ebuilds in the tree unless there's a really good reason. That's not the case here.
