The file lang/swedish-utf-8.inc.php has a strange char before the <?php tag. By simply removing the line with tail and adding it back, it works. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. The file looks okay to me in phpmyadmin-2.11.8. Maybe this was an upstream problem that has been fixed in the newer version? Please reopen if the problem persists.
