translated 'about' into dutch

Well, it's a good translation. I'm only not sure about the extra line of code I
added, which is <author title="Vertaler"><mail link="[e-mail]">Roderick
Goessen</mail></author>  . I kinda took this over from the es. translation of
'about'. My point was to make clear who to send a email to if they want to
contact the translator. 'Vertaler' means translator in English.

How to upload a xml file by the way? I only am able to attach txt files via
bugzilla :)

ow boy... Messing up the system - so sorry lol!  When I pressed Commit, I got a error message that the attachment wasn't proper or so, so I just pressed the go back button. But meanwhile it got posted each time.
