app-text/html-xml-utils and dev-perl/HTML-Clean install different programs both named /usr/bin/htmlclean. They also install different manpages. fixed in version 5.3 of html-xml-utils. Blockers added to 2.8-r2. Perl herd, the rest is up to you.
