Happens on x86 as well as on amd64. As a workaround a downgrade to sys-devel/autoconf-2.61-r1 made samba compile again.

Quick-and-dirty patch for autoconf-2.62

This patch fixes the circular dependency problem with autoconf 2.62 (may exist also on earlier versions).

This is quick-and-dirty, and just comments out AIX and MINIX requirements. Someone else with better understanding of GNU autotools may provide a better fix.
