Hello,
I have modified the original ebuild of net-misc/vidalia-0.0.13.
It seems to work fine for me on ~x86 and qt-4.4.0, I have tested it with only qt-core, qt-script and qt-gui installed and a small amount of UISE flags (+cups +glib +tiff +-debug).

However, if debug USE flag is enabled, it checks if qt is installed with debug use flag, and now this flag can be set for every split package separately. I only added the check for qt-gui, but it should maybe also check for debug flag in qt-core.
