If qt-gui was compiled with flag -no-sm KDE4 won't be able to compiled.
Flag -no-sm is on in qt-core, but in qt-gui must be off (-sm is on)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.turn on flag -sm in qt-gui ebuild
2.recompile qt-gui
3.

Actual Results:  
I think it's works fine

Expected Results:  
KDE4 (kdebase) should be compile

This is probably a duplicate of either bug #206975 or bug #212086. Just marking it FIXED (as both of those are). Please try with 4.4.0_beta1.
