See subject. Two of the patches need cosmetic changes, I'll include them here.

After that, builds and works fine on amd64 with nvidia GLX.

Wouldn't it be better to include stdint.h instead of using #define?

updated -build patch isn't needed anymore, applied by upstream and according to upstream stdint.h might not be available on old systems.

updated -desktop-entry.patch has a invalid line for Icon=, it's supposed to be without extension.
