On my new system (installed from scratch), after "emerge --sync" I can't update world because glibc ebuild contains reference to a file which isn't hosted anywhere.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
On a fresh install from x86 2007.0-r1 minimal cd:

1. emerge --sync
2. emerge -uD world
3. watch emerge sys-libs/glibc-2.6.1 fail because it can't fetch glibc-2.6.1-patches-1.2.tar.bz2

Actual Results:  
A bunch of messages like this one:
