When I try to emerge debianutils I get "HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 
404 Not Found" from the following servers:
www.ibiblio.org
ftp.debian.org
I was originally trying to emerge -u world from 1.4rc2

ibiblio is in the middle of some problems. I'll get in touch with our contact there tomorrow if it's not restored.

In the meantime, please try a different mirror - gentoo.oregonstate.edu is guaranteed to have files.
