I have tried this with mozilla (fairly recent build), konqi from KDE 2.2 and IE 
5.5.  I have a simple NAT router and no proxy.  I've attached files in the past 
to moz bugzilla before.  So, what is happening?  Am I crazy or is this a real 
bug?

This bug is a duplicate of bug 71.  Somebody needs to mark it as such.
