Thanks to my suggestion in #195429, Christian Faulhammer introduced vi-like movement keys. However, they are not properly assigned. j should move cursor down and k - up. (this may be caused by my unclear suggestion...) Patches for elogv.py and man follow. Reproducible: Always

I don't want to repoen it, really ;-), but author didn't include this fix in 6.2, he just used first patch (with wrong assigments) to add j/k movement keys.
