I know distfiles are not server by rsync, but couldn't find another section for distfile 
refresh problem reports. I emerged phpmyadmin-2.4.0 from gentoo.linux.no mirror, 
and the distfile digest check failed. Emerging from the oregonstate server was OK.  
 
The digest of gentoo.linux.no :
