Steps to reproduce:
ifconfig eth0 up
eth0: ioctl SIOCSIFFLAGS: Invalid argument

Thanks, will track the upstream bug

Roy, there also seems to be a dhcpcd-3.2.0 bug here, I wouldn't expect it to segfault when ifup fails.
