sys-apps/debaintuils depends on mktemp but this is blocked by the new coreutils(6.10-r1) since it is now included in the new coreutils.  Perhaps make it depend on either sys-apps/mktemp or the new coreutils.  This should fix the problem.

emerge --sync in an hour or so...
