Without the newest Debian patch, the current version of Xevil cannot connect to any server, nor can it host.

However, once patched up to xevil-2.02r2-7.diff, it seems to work.

The DEB_PATCH variable should be changed to 7, and the memErr.patch is no longer necessary, from what I see the new patch does what the memErr.patch does.  (Meaning the epatch line in the ebuild referencing it will no longer work.)
