I've rekeyworded -r12 for ~x86-fbsd adding deps for unifdef ala crossdev. no sparc here, no cookie for ~sparc-fbsd :(

FWIW last time I tried sparc-fbsd had problems with avahi, so it's probably worth USE-masking it on sparc-fbsd and rekeyword here by default.
