I was trying to upgrade my system. emerge gave this error:

!!! A file listed in the Manifest could not be found: /usr/portage/app-crypt/pinentry/pinentry-0.7.2-r4.ebuild

Reproducible: Always

I think it's a problem with the mirror I'm using. I commented out the 'SYNC' option in /etc/make.conf and did a emerge --sync. Alot of new things came in, so I guess is out of date. (I just resynced with belnet before filing this bug).

This bug can probably be closed (unless you want to take a peek at the mirroring problem).

Forgot to mention that after the sync with another mirror everything works again.

That's not an rsync mirror. If you want to file a bug about outdated mirrors, we need exact mirror which is broken.

Sorry for the incompleteness (it was in my emerge --info output though :)).
