The ebuild for logwatch adds a job to /var/spool/cron/crontabs/root. This job
points to /usr/sbin/logwatch.pl, but there is no such file. It should point at
/usr/bin/logwatch. It also asumes that there is a newline at the end of the
file, when this is not always the case, and thus can end up joined with the last
line in the file.
