Plugin for VDR (Video Disk Recorder):provides VDR OSD access to external programs and scripts through a TCP/IP socket connection, just like an X server does.

Hi, 
I'm not sure that it is correct to have both '/etc/conf.d/vdr.osdserver' and  directory '/etc/vdr/osdserver/*' ... but I see and copy that from vdr-mplayer plugin.

One example dipends from netcat and the other from perl, but I did not add them in ebuild dependencies (vdr-osdserver can be used in other manner: python, telnet, ...). I add only two messages.
