Due to the high volume of trade shows and events that happen in a short time frame, I want to purchase three more 4 foot by 4 foot Gentoo banners. The immediate needs for these banners is apparent in February, which will have the Florida Linux Show, which we paid to attend, FOSDEM, SCALE, and LCA2008. Logistically, it would be impossible to ship our single banner around for all of these shows. Instead, I propose buying more banners. Upon arrival, I would ship one banner to fox2mike for FOSS.IN, which he would take/ship to Australia for LCA2008. Chrissy and I will ensure one makes it to FOSDEM, and we would send one to Florida and one to SCALE. We could choose to buy only two more, but I think it is better to have an extra than to be one short. We might need to fill out a form or two so we don't have to pay sales tax. Once initial approval has been made, I'll find out everything else we need.
Chris, Thanks for this. This will most likely need to be shipped to my Indian address, I'm off to India in about 3 days and don't think this will be ready by then. I can take the same banner to LCA, not a problem. I'll pass on my shipping address to Chris, either over IRC or email. FOSS.IN starts on Dec 4th, so we're a little tight :)

Do I really need to fill out another form? I can, if necessary. I am about to attach the receipt for shipping to India, plus the invoice/receipt for the 3 additional banners. Of the 3 new banners, one was sent to wltjr, one was sent to omp, and one arrived at my house.
