emerge -v audit is resulting in the following error.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.

1. emerge -v audit

Actual Results:  
Lots of output, but this is the relevant part.

Ebuild uses append-flags without inheriting flag-o-matic. Also, the error is due to older gcc choking in unused if-block multiline code which is actually not used. I'm adding patches which should solve both issues.

gcc-3.3.x is totally unsupported, we don't care. Sorry.
