                     Set LC_ALL=C before filing bugs concerning Portage.

Why should be this added to Portage Development product (only)? This is something I'd like to see for Gentoo Linux product in the first place. Getting error messages/logs etc. in random language really sucks.

Plus, portage folks, can we add something like this to the standard portage output when ebuilds fails?

Well, I think we should just enforce LC_MESSAGES=C in portage.

Some people prefer to temporarily set LC_ALL=C or LC_MESSAGES=C only when they are going to report a bug.
