Description Richard Thomas 2007-11-04 02:54:30 UTC
after emerging with blue tooth use flag send to blue tooth still doesn't show on the send to dialog

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.right click on file
2.select send to
3.no blue tooth option

Expected Results:
select blue tooth and file sends

can still sent file manually with # gnome-obex-send foo.bar
but that defeats the point really

Hmmm... It does show up for me. It even works. Which version do you have? Which versions of gnome-bluetooth, bluez-libs, and bluez-utils? Do you have the bluetooth service started?
Comment 2 Richard Thomas 2007-11-05 01:32:05 UTC
hiya
I have
net-wireless/bluez-utils-2.25-r1 USE="alsa cups dbus gtk -pcmcia"
net-wireless/bluez-libs-2.25
net-wireless/gnome-bluetooth-0.7.0-r1

installed

and yup its running I can send files from my phone to gnome no problem
i get the open dialog
but its just the sending

since i reinstalled a month ago . this send-to has not wanted to work

Comment 3 Michele Schiavo 2007-11-17 19:28:10 UTC
The same for me

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Comment 6 Daniel Gryniewicz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-11-21 17:18:45 UTC
Marking bluez stuff stable is up to the maintainers...
Comment 7 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2009-07-30 11:02:08 UTC
This is fixed for me in stable since a lot of time, I think that can be closed
Comment 8 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-02-13 18:29:29 UTC
Works fine here with 2.28.2
