Bug 196562 – net-misc/whois-4.7.21 fails to install because of a 404 file not found error

When I try to emerge net-misc/whois it connects to several servers looking for the tar.gz file and never finds it on any of them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-misc/whois
2. Watch it not work
3.

Please, set yourself a GENTOO_MIRRORS in make.conf like everyone else. ;)

Oh, and btw... there's no net-misc/whois-4.7.21 in the tree, been dropped 3 weeks ago, so emerge --sync as well.
