Updates 7.2.2 to 7.2.3

To update this package it is required to update both the package number and generate a new patch for the new version. Attached here is the ebuild patch.

There will be a followup attachment containing the modified patch file. The change to the ebuild is needed to update the version number of the patch.

Updated default-config patch.

Attached is the updated default-config patch. I simply modified it to remove one section of the patch that was changed in the actual build and as such no longer needs to be patched. Otherwise the patch is the same as the prior patch.
