I have created an updated ebuild for the new version.

Some changes compared to the old version 1.0.2:
- Install to /usr instead of /usr/local
- Made file /etc/devfs.d/mwave for devfsd configuration instead of just telling the user to do it.
- Made file /etc/modules.d/mwave for module alias.  This is instead of modifying the /etc/modules.d/aliases file, which belongs to some other package.  Plus, seperate files for each package is the whole point of the /etc/modules.d directory.
- Documention is now installed.  The old version failed to install any.

mwave.devfs, mwave.modules, and mwavem-1.0.4-gentoo.diff belong in the
mwavem/files directory.  Additionally, mwave-dev-handler, from the original
ebuild is reused in this new version.

1.0.2 is now unmasked, and 1.0.4 is in CVS
