app-text/namazu-2.0.17 installs some Emacs Lisp files, but they are not visible for Emacs since they are in a non-canonical location.

Patches for improved Emacs support will follow.

Proposed changes for namazu-2.0.17.ebuild

- elisp-common.eclass for standard installation
- byte-compile the elisp files
- install elisp files in standard location /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp
- install site-init file for Emacs
