Description CJ Kucera 2003-04-16 17:21:45 UTC
I was thinking it might be a good idea to have the >=xchat-2 ebuilds
automatically link "xchat-2" to "xchat" if <xchat-2 is not present on the
system. I've seen a number of people caught up because they were expecting the
binary to be called plain "xchat."

Obviously this won't apply to people who are upgrading from previous versions,
because Portage will still see the old version as being installed, but it may be
worth putting in anyway. Or not. Whatever. :)

Patch to be attached shortly...
