I try to install xmonad and I have an issue when I try to compile ghc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ifollow this procedure to install  xmonad http://awmf.blogspot.com/2007/08/how-to-install-xmonad-on-gentoo.html
2.One step is to emerge ghc

Actual Results:  
 emerge dev-lang/ghc

Please, actually read the messages before causing even more noise here.
