repoman --force - bug 181949, not mentioned in man repoman
also "ebuild --force digest" I just checked is not in man ebuild, easy to forget its subtleties and wrt FEATURES=assume-digests

This is fixed in svn r7773, r7776, and r7778. Those options should be fully documented and cross-referenced now.
