Sorry for reopening. -r1 linked against GTK+-1.2 *and* against no GTK. It was able to have xvattr as a command line only. -r2 builds against GTK+-2 only. It doesn't build without it, although it doesn't require it in the build as a dependency. It seems like the no-gtk patch was removed. I have a mythtv box without gtk and I use xvattr to get rid of the blue line (overlay) in a script. Please don't make me compile GTK+-2 :( Please make xvattr compilable without GTK. Thanks, Dan.
