When installing maxima-5.11.0-r2 ("~x86"), gcl is installed as a lisp implementation for maxima, but ansi useflag is not enabled by default for gcl. This useflag is required for maxima to work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
If you don't have gcl installed:
1. emerge --pretend --verbose maxima
Actual Results:  
You see that gcl will be installed but without ansi useflag

Expected Results:  
gcl should be installed with ansi useflag by default
